The Short Story
The idea for Peaks and Banks came to Kenn when he was on college visits with his daughter in North Carolina as they stopped into a Vineyard Vines store. Familiar with the company and brand (and knowing his daughter loved it), they went in to check it out. This got him thinking. What if there was a company like Vineyard Vines that captured the iconic elements of the Colorado lifestyle? What if there was a cool company that created a line of apparel that allowed people to celebrate all the great moments they experience on mountain peaks, riverbanks and everywhere in-between? We are drawn to the magic that happens between “Peaks and Banks”. In many respects, these are our spiritual places and we are learning that we are not alone in this regard.
